LANDSCAPE DESIGNS
1.) DESIGN & INSTALLATION (25 images)
An all encompassing project, from initial conceptualization and planning to installation. Full removal of most of the existing landscaping along a new addition, bed regrading and remediation, and planting. Worked directly with the customer at the nurseries to tie their tastes to the qualities of their house and conditions (microclimate) of their property.
2.) "DR" PROJECT STAGE #1: LANDSCAPE REMOVAL (27 images)
Customer was looking to have the entirety of the front landscape removed. While conceptually a "simple" project, the undertaking was a massive week's long project (in addition to 400+ brick wall to be dismantled, each bed had over a foot deep of stone and several layers of landscape fabric surrounding all of the plantings). Altogether ~30 yards of stone, brick and organic material removed, replaced with 30 yards of topsoil, and topped off with mulch. The second stage of the project, lawn repair, is to be completed once outside contractor work is to be completed on the property in 2018.
3.) "DR" PROJECT STAGE #3: LANDSCAPE DESIGN & INSTALLATION (32 images w/update)
The third stage of this project involved addressing the design and installation of all new plantings in the front of the property. To begin several consultations took place with the customers, focusing on their long term plans for the home, and what colors/textures/styles/plant types they liked (and disliked). A comprehensive list of plants was then researched, generated and presented (with details and images for each plant) to then be hand selected by the customer'. It is important to note that each design is unique and is stylized to the customer and their specific taste. Marinucci Landscaping serves an extension of self, to tailor a final product to the individual and their vision. The design above was then generated and modified accordingly, resulting in the final product below. This was then followed by the bed preparation and plantings installation. Included at the end of the gallery are some pictures of the established installation a year later!

4.) "DR" PROJECT STAGE #4: BACKYARD SCREEN (11 images)
The fourth stage of this project involved the installation of a "green wall" along the perimeter fencing to help screen in the yard. This job highlights the importance of planning and safety when it comes to installations, as it was necessary to coordinate with local utilities through "Dig Safe New York" (NYS Dig First). The work area lay in close proximity to local utility boxes (as well as local irrigation lines), which would need to be carefully attended to avoid issue. Hand digging was done to find and expose the lines, after which the bed was measured and carved out, the shrubs were spaced out and installed.
5.) DESIGN & INSTALLATION (24 images)
Very interesting job to tackle from a design perspective. Without going into personal details, th9e customers had opposing tastes with what they wanted from their landscape, which made an interesting challenge of balancing color without many flowers.
6.) LANDSCAPE DESIGN & INSTALLATION (20 images)
This was a more unique project, as the close proximity dictated several constraints placed on the design with regards to the mature size and types of plants, foliage, size of the bed, and contrast to the existing structures.
